About This Role

We're building an in-person team in San Francisco, and are looking for individuals who are driven, resilient & obsessed with making the best conversational voice experience with AI!

Research Scientist, Post-Training

As a Research Scientist focused on Post-Training, you'll work on improving our speech-to-speech models through advanced training techniques and optimization.

Work Schedule

We love working together. There is no hard and fast rule, but practically this looks like 5 days/week in the office with 10:30AM-6PM core working hours, and occasional work from homes (~2-3 days/month).
